Dan Coffman Dan is the founding partner at Coffman and Company.  Dan oversees client services to closely-held businesses.  Dan has worked closely with his clients to help them achieve their objectives since entering public accounting in 1967. Dan graduated from Southwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mark D. Eads Mark is an auditing partner at Coffman and Company. Mark oversees client services to governmental, non-profit organizations, and construction contractors. Mark has worked closely with his clients to help them achieve their objectives since entering public accounting in 1979. Mark graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration with a major in Political Science. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants.   Larry L. Capps Larry is an audit and accounting partner at Coffman and Company. Larry oversees client services to closely-held businesses including real estate management and development companies and construction contractors. Larry has worked closely with his clients to help them achieve their objectives since entering public accounting in 1981. Larry graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting and a minor in computer science. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants.   Clinton D. Summers, Jr. Clinton is the present managing shareholder of Coffman and Company, P.C. He has over 18 years of accounting and business consulting experience with individuals and companies regarding acquisition and continuing operations. Clinton graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with majors in Accounting and Management. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants. Clinton has also served as president of the Southeast Chapter of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants. Clinton is an active member of the First Baptist Church of Poplar Bluff.  He also serves as a board member of  SEMO Restoration Center and Sole Providers, Inc., which are non-profit organizations designed to help meet needs for the underprivileged in our community. Clinton is also a member of the Poplar Bluff Chamber of Commerce. His primary focus is in income tax planning for individuals, partnerships and corporations. He is also involved in business consulting, primarily for small businesses, including agricultural and construction.    Betsy K. Mays Betsy is an audit and accounting partner at Coffman and Company. Betsy oversees client services to closely-held businesses including real estate management and development companies, governmental and not-for-profit organizations. Betsy has worked closely with her clients to help them achieve their objectives since entering public accounting in 2001. Betsy graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration with an Accounting focus. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants.    Bill Ladd Bill is an audit and accounting partner at Coffman and Company. Bill oversees client services to closely-held businesses including construction contractors. Bill has worked closely with his clients to help them achieve their objectives since entering public accounting in 1997. Bill graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting.
